Why are we selling? 

Hello! Kathleen and I have been liveaboard sailing on this beautiful yacht for 1.5 years. Bought in Croatia in 2022, we sailed through the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, and finally the Caribbean to make it to our home port of Miami, FL. We were very lucky to find a spot at Dinner Key Marina in Coconut Grove, and have been living a wonderful Miami lifestyle for almost a year. Our sailing journey has ended, and in a few months we will be getting married and continue to our next chapter in life. We hate to depart from our sailboat and home, but hope that the next owner can enjoy her as much as we have!

Buying Process 

We have worked with yacht brokers twice in the past, and unfortunately we had poor experiences both times. Thus, we are attempting to sell this time on our own. We have gone through this process multiple times, and again, in the spirit of transparency we have laid out the prospective buying steps below. If you are working with a yacht broker, that is completely fine, but we will not be paying their fee. Please negotiate a reasonable rate with your broker that you will pay beforehand.

• We send you a “Memorandum of Agreement” (MOA) contract to review

• You sign and send initial deposit/payment to us

• MOA is for 1 month so you can conduct a survey, and confirm yacht and deal is acceptable

• By arranged sale date, rest of payment is submitted and confirmed

• On sale date, keys and vessel documentation is handed to you
